Run 2 complete laps of the pitch
6 times the lenth of the pitch doing different exercise:
1. High knees, slapping on extended hands
2. Tap heels to bum, leaning a bit forward
3. Side step while facing the clubhouse
4. Side step in other direction still facing the clubhouse
5. Lunges (giant steps)
6. Like monkeys with hands and feet on the grond
Roll 1/2 length of pitch on stomach and back
10 push ups and 10 sit ups
2x sprint the length of the pitch
Encourage the proper movements:
"not a race"
"doing it properly will make you a better/stronger player"
