DESCRIPTION

  • 3, 4 or 5 Players on the line
  • Players run out as a line to the 10m mark
  • Then running backwards suffle across to the 2nd channel and the next set of players join in run out to the 10m
  • Backwards as a line and suffle across into the 3rd channel
  • Stride out to the 20m cone
  • Work back to the start outside the grid with dynamic stretches. 

COACHING POINTS

  • Defensive line
  • Communication
  • Stretching
  • Sprinting

Everytime each group runs through change the stretch.
