DESCRIPTION

- Se colocan los conos a las distancias que se señalan.

1. Se inicia trotando del cono amarillo al rojo

2. Se camina del cono rojo al amarillo.

3. Se corre a máxima velocidad del cono amarillo al azul.

4. Se baja la velocidad hasta el cono blanco.

5. Se va al piso para simular contacto y se hace un burpee.

6. Se trota del cono blanco al cono verde.

7. Se camina del cono verde al cono amarillo.

 

Se repite el circuito, tantas veces como se planifique.

COACHING POINTS

- Poner atención en la tecnica de carrera.

- Se pueden tomar tiempos para buscar mejorar semana a semana.
