  • FORWARDS PODS ARE TO MAINTAIN THEIR DEPTH AND TAKE THE BALL UP AT PACE
  • FORWARDS ARE TO STAGGER THEIR DEPTH TO GIVE OPTIONS FOR SCRUM HALF
  • TAKE CONTACT ONLY ON YOUR TERMS, BALL IN OUTSIDE ARM, AIM AT OUTSIDE SHOULDERS, SPACES NOT FACES
