DESCRIPTION

  • 5 Players stand along the line
  • The ball is passed left to right and back again until the coach shouts go
  • Once the coach shouts go the ball carrier plus the two closet players sprint out
  • The ball carrier only sprinting to the first set of cones and the support players to the second set of cones
  • The two remaining players become defenders and can only move off of the line once the ball carrier has reached the first set of cones
  • The object is for the attackers to score against two defenders
