Rugby Drill Demonstration
- All Players start on one side of the grid
- Start the audio CD (Bleep Test Audio Required) If you dont have the CD then timed running can be used.
- Players must then run/sprint across to the other side of the grid before the next Bleep.
- As soon as they here the next Bleep they then run/sprint back across the grid.
- If they miss the Bleep they are then out.
- Record the amount of Bleeps the player gets for weekly progression targets
