Rugby Drill Demonstration
Focusing on core strength and ability to withstand the demands of the game.
1. Get your front row players in pairs with a ball facing each other on tryline.
2. Get the players in Tower of Power position and get them to pop pass ball to each other in that stance.
3. When whistle blows drop ball run and hit 22m line and turn and run back to try line.
Complete this 5 times with 30seconds - 45 seconds rest inbetween.
Can change the start with get player to hold the plank or do different body weight exercises.
