Improving Tackle and footwork
1. Set a box big enough for the ammount of players you have 10m x10m.
2. Ask for a volunteer and get them starting in the middle of the box.
3. Get the rest of the team standing behind a line .
4. When whistle blown the players have to get to the other side without being tackled.
5. Once tackled they become part of the defence.
