Description
Complete the following with partner of equal or similar speed with one rugby ball.
Circuit 1
- Pass with partner between the 20 meters and tryline from sideline to sideline
- Complete a total of 4 times (1x = down and back)
Circuit 2
- Situps with partner
- Throw ball overhead in lineout pass fashion
- 25 throws each (50 throws total)
- Light log/walk to next circuit at the opposite try
Circuit 3
- Complete 4 agility ladder drills (down & back = 1) with ball
- After one partner complete one drill pass ball to partner to complete same agility drill
- Drills incldue Side Steps, 2 Feet In, Lateral Steps, and In/Outs
Circuit 4
- Do partner suicide
- Player 1 sprints to the 40 & back, pops the ball to partner
- Partner sprints to 40 & back, pops the ball to partner
- Player 1 sprints to 50
- Continue as such to the 80 and 100
