1. Have 3 defenders 1 behind tryline with the ball, and two on their bellies behind the 5m line and 3 attackers up by the 10m line.
2. The player with the ball kicks the ball nice and high for the attackers to catch.
3.They then run past the other 2 defenders on the floor and puts pressure on the attackers.
4. As soon as they have run past both players jump to their feet and become live in the defense.
5. The 3 attackers catch the ball and the attack and score a try.
