1. Have a tackle shield on the floor with the rugby ball other side and a defender with a tckle shield.
2. Player starts on belly. When coach shouts go they bounce to their feet and run up to cone and push off outside foot towards ruck site.
3. Player gets into low position and goes for the ball.
4. When the player gets hands on the ball the defender trys to push the off and dislodge the ball.
