Encouraging players if they are first to the ruck steal the ball.
1. Get you players into 3's with a tackle shield and a ball.
2. Place the tackle shield between two players lying on their belly's with the 3rd player holding the ball.
3. The player with the ball will place the ball down by the side of the shield.
4. Which ever side the ball is on that means they have to protect the ball and the other player has to get the ball.
5. If the player without the ball gets there first they steal the ball.
-Ensure players are bouncing to feet.
-Encourage them to be the player to get there first.
