3. Once on feet the go and clear the tackle cylinder to the floor.
4. Once the tackle has been made they bounce to their feet and go for ball.
- Ensure they get low and get their head to the correct side.
- Ensure arms wrap round
- Encourage a good drive
-Make sure the bounce is quick and is more of a jump than a slow running start.
