In a line of 5 people, number 1,3,5 run out 10 meters and collect a ball thrown to them. Once they have received the ball the attackers will then turn and attack the try line. 2 and 4 become the defenders and can start coming forward to meet the attackers. Touch, turn and pop rules apply. The drill is over when either the attackers score or the defenders force a mistake.
