DESCRIPTION

  1. 3-4 players stand on the try line.
  2. On the direction of the coach, all complete dynamic stretches along the first channel.
    1. squats x 2
    2. lunges/twist x 2
    3. hamstring stretches x 2
    4. high knees x 2
    5. heel flicks x 2
    6. press up x 5 and sprints x 2
  3. Once each group has come to the end of the first channel. The ball is passed to the first receiver who then passes the ball along the line to the second and third receiver.
