DESCRIPTION

  • players start by getting into pairs and each pair has a ball 
  • players with the ball face their partner and hold the ball at their chest
  • the players then attempt to pass the ball by only using their wrist and fingers and keeping their elbows locked against their sides of their bodies.
  • the players receiving the ball need to have their hands up at about chest level so their partner has a target to pass to.
  • each player should do at least 10 passes each.
  • After performing 10 passes they need to now do another 10 passes but use their elbows this time to push the ball forward.
