conditioned game: this game will be a game of rugby but a two hand touch will be required rather than a tackle. split the teams equity on ability and numbers and chose a grid on the pitch however big u like. (You can increase or decrease the size of the pitch at any time). Rather than having a ruck the ball must be passed between the legs on the floor like rugby league. after every touch the defending team must be back 5-10 meters depending on the size of the pitch. any offside will be a penalty. if more than 6 touches are made without giving away a penalty the ball must be handed over. when a try is scored the team that conceded the try will start with the ball in the middle of the pitch. the length of the game can be whatever the assessor / coach has chosen. the black boxed marked out in the cones are the size of the suggested pitch.
