4 teams, 4 cones in a square - 1 team at each cone. All the balls in the centre.
Shout "GO!" 1 player from each team races to the middle and takes 1 ball, races it back to their cone. next players turn to do the same. Once all the balls in the middle are gone, they can steal from another team. Only 1 ball at a time. Winning team is first to get say 5 balls at their cone.
