DESCRIPTION

Let's spend five minutes running and moving the ball through the hands. We will do that using the L grid.

Remember - you can start working within the first two cones of the L - therefore keeping the passing short - before expanding out wider to two cones, then three etc. Increasing the pass as you go.

In this case I wouldn't add defenders as the players are getting getting warmed up.
