- 70m Jog, Return 50%,70%,90% (5Min)

- Dynamic Stretches (Lovelle Deli) (4Min)

- L/Grid & Banana Grid (5Min)

- JP Place Kicks (5Min)

- Defensive Grid; 4xTackle Shields, Players on their Tummies, Player 1 calls Hold,Hit, Coach behind lying players indicates where tackle shields should shift. (3Min)

- Cone Passing Drill (3Min)

Forward & Backs Split: (10Min)

- Forwards do L/O's & Rucks (Attack&Defense)

*Space tackle shields in the 3 Channels, Hit with Pods.

- Backs Run Through Set Play Moves (Attack & Defense)

*Only 2 Reserves do work with on Defense, Split up even.

- Discipline

- Communication

- Hands up, Eyes on the Ball

- Hammer,Head, Feet/Pillar,Guard,2nd Guard

- Intensity: Keep Intensity up, Build sweat.

- Touch on Game Scenarios.

- Blind Side Wing to Clean with Pods in Channels A&C (Form Feet) on 232 Split
