Teams will start on the blue cone, run in opposite directions run around the end cone and coordinate an attack defense patterns
At the end of the set play players are to return back to the blue cone ready and awaiting their next turn
Will start out as 2v2 then look at adding players on each team once the set play gets off the ground
23 coaches split up into attack and defense once you've had a turn at attack be a defender and vice versa defense to attack
Communicate off the ball at the starting cone find out who want to team up with don't be picky (pointing at players) one two three your a team set off into the drill
