DESCRIPTION

I will call a number and then those players will  run out and create a 2v1 or 3v2 attack e.g. 2 and 5, 3. then those numbers run out. The attacking players are required to draw the defender and then successfully off load the ball to then score.

COACHING POINTS

USE SIMULATION! (stop stand still)

If they are not being able to beat the defender go back and talk through why.

Is it because they didnt pass the ball quick enough or was the reciever not ready for the ball. Or was it just good defending.
