DESCRIPTION

  • 3 red cones triagle shap as seen with two holding bag at the back & once tackling bag on the red cone infront.
  • 2 white cones as seen opposite holding bags with player behind divided up evenly.
  • 1 at a time players take turns first tackling the tackling bag then you(the coach)rols the ball to a side the player that tackled the bag must now get up, pick up the ball and drive forward into holding bag. 
  • Then its the next players turn to repeat

COACHING POINTS

  • Make sure player tackle bag with correct shoulder.
  • When player picks up ball make sure his head is up and he knows where he is driving forward to.
  • Make sure conatct in to holding bag player has ball under correct arm.
