'Swap' - Ball carrier places the ball on the ground and steps to the side, the follower picks up the ball and both players swap roles.
Progression #1:
'Swap' - Ball carrier plays a 'pop passes' the ball to the follower, therefore becoming the ball carrier, and the passer becomes the follower.
Progression:
'Swap' - Ball carrier follows teammate, on the coaches call, the front runner stops, opens their legs and the ball carrier roles the ball through their legs. The front runner picks up the ball and becomes the ball carrier.
