Rugby: Line Pass and run

Description

7 players in diaganal formation. 1st player passes to the one on their right. The next player does the same and this continues until it reaches the last play who arcs around the back.

All other players sidestep along and back to position on their right.

Player with ball then takes the place of the previous first player and then repeats the excersize.
