Get players in to a circle about 1m apart, coach stands in the middle.
1) Coach says go, Red player passes ball to next player and then starts to run around the outside of the circle.
2) While the red player is running the remaining players pass the ball round the inside of the circle.
3) If the red player gets back to start first that is 1 point to attack. If the ball gets back first that is 1 point to the defence.
4) Keep going until all players have had a run.
You can progress by increasing the amount of circuits for the runner, also you could add forfeits for the losing side eg a couple of press ups.
