queue 4 players in line with red cone.
1) Player 1 shouts "ready, ready, up" runs out to touch red cone then returns to base line to be in line with blue cone.
2) Player 2 shouts "ready, ready, up" runs out to touch red cone then returns to base line to be in line with blue cone. Player 1 runs at same time in line with player 2 touches blue cone then returns to base line to be in line with green cone.
3) Player 3 shouts "ready, ready, up" runs out to touch red cone then returns to base line to be in line with blue cone. Player 2 runs at same time in line with players 2 and 3 touches blue cone then returns to base line to be in line with green cone. Player 3 runs at same time in line with players 1 and 2 touches green cone then returns to base line to be in line with orange cone.
4) Player 4 shouts "ready, ready, up" runs out to touch red cone then returns to base line to be in line with blue cone. Player 3 runs at same time in line with players 1,2 and 4 touches blue cone then returns to base line to be in line with green cone.
