The 1st person starting with the ball will run the ball up to the first blue marker. The 2nd person will wait until the ball has been passed before moving forward to their first blue marker. The 3rd person however is allowed to move to the first white cone.
The ball must travel backward.
If there is a white marker in front of a player and the person with the ball is moving forward, then that player can move with the ball runner.
The middle runner never runs up unless they have the ball in there hand.
