2 Attackers
2 Defenders
Attackers have 3 touches to use. The first 2 are mainly rucking into the defense.
The 1st defend must make it all the way back to the try line before supporting the 2nd defender after the first touch has been made.
Attackers-
-Use the first 2 touches as a momentum builder then run a play
-Get to the side of the defenders
Defenders-
-Retreat quickly
-Get in front of the attackers
