Remember the Gate

  • Flat back for clearouts
  • Running at speed for clearouts
  • If your hands can touch the ground you are low enough
  • Quick clear outs 
  • Quick ball from Scrum half
  • Scrum half foot over the ball to protect it
  • Forwards watch their feet no kicking the ball forward

Good communication for pass and side of ruck to go to required
