DESCRIPTION

Groups of 3

Athlete starting with the ball run up first and the other 2 athletes will time their run to create a domino effect. The goal is to run and reach the agility pole as if the athlete was drawing a defender closer, then to pass the ball to the next athlete. The athletes will then turn and repeat the process and hand the ball to the next group.
