DESCRIPTION

fitness drill + passing

3 sets van 8 sprints met een tussenpauze van 1, 30 minuut

sprint 25 meter, doe 2 a 3 stappen terug en geef de paas op de volgende runner. daarna jog je 25 meter door naar de volgende pion.

COACHING POINTS

  • sprint hard!!!zet elkaar onder druk
  • geef een goede technische pass
  • als je moe wordt, neem je tijd je te concentreren voordat je de pass geeft!
