basic rugby move: scissors
The man with the ball passes it to the first reciever who runs diagonally to the player on his outside. the outside player also runs diagonally the opposite way so he crosses over just behind the first reciever. When the second man is just behind the first reciever the first reciever pops the ball up behind him for the second man to catch creating a switch in the play confusing the defence. However the first reciever can also dummy the scissors and pass the ball to the outside man.
