A new pod then 'picks and goes' straight away to let the 9 return to his feet.
Forwards must be in a low driving position when lifting and driving the ball forward from foot of ruck.
Second pod must be ready straight away to goin the same direction.
9 must fight to get to feet as quick as possible to return to the game.
