Rugby Drill Demonstration
|
Description
The player runs to each line and back ensuring that each line has been touched (5,10,20 and 30). The run is repeated after 30s up to six in total. For example, if the run is completed in 20s, the player would get 10s recovery before the next run. All times are noted and the fastest and slowest used to calculate the Fatigue Index (FI).
This is calculated by fastest – slowest / fastest * 100
Example
23.33 sec – 34.25 = -10.92 / 23.33 = - 0.46806687 * 100 = 46.8
