Simple support exercise

Passing player follows ball so is always in support of ball carrier.

Use full pitch, attack from 10m Line.

Mix positions in line so all comfortable in recieving and passing.

Run through 3 Times

Passing Player to drop back and support

Passing Players responsibility to support ball carrier

Quick hands to wing

Repeat exercise in opposite direction
