DESCRIPTION

  • Player starts in a crouch position at the end Of the tackle pad.
  • For 1 minute he falls flat on to the pad then gains his feet in the jackal position on the next side of the pad.
  • The exercise continues with the  player going around the pad until the time is up.

COACHING POINTS

  • Pplayers must stay low and get to there feet quickly and set into jackal position asap.
