DESCRIPTION

  • Agility & Stamina
  • Player repeat exercise for 1-2 minutes

 

COACHING POINTS

  • Sprint through the cone & jog back to the finish line.
  • Player must run the 1st run with the ball in both hands.
  • 2nd run get player to run alternating hands.
  • Ball to be carried in the outside handto the cone the player is navigating.
