Need 1 tackle bag, 1 ball and 4 cones.
Half players stand at Cone A and half at Cone B.
Coach calls go: player A (attacking team) runs to tackle bag (pretend player) and places hands on ball. Player D (defender) runs throuhg yellow cones (the gate) and rolls player off the ball.
Introduce choices by Player A standing over the ball and Player B clearing out by drivign backwards
1. Goal to get player A on their knees (must then release ball)
2. Go through the gate
3. Body postion low & drive upwards
4. Grab leg of body of Player A
