Players pair up and jog around with the second player without the ball jogging slighty behind the first player with the ball. When the pair come close to another pair player 1 passes the ball back to their partner player 2. As soon as the ball is passed player 2 must catch the ball and sprint past player 1 and past the one coming pairs, the pair then retrun to a steady jog and the game continues.
Ensure players are sprinting into space as soon as the ball is recieved.
And modifications by using a whistle to signal when the ball must be passed, once the whistle has been blown the recieving player must make an effort to get into space so that the ball is not intercepted.
