Split the players into two teams and have each player standing on a cone.
The player with the ball passes to the player in front of them at the opposition cone and then runs to that cone. when the ball gets to the end of the line the last player must run round and to the first cone.
Repeat exercise until all players have ran to the first cone from the last.
1) The last team to finish will be a 10 star jumps to do as a team.
2) If there is any drop balls then there is a 2 point penalty to the teams score. The winning team will received 5 points.
