- Set up six cones in a rectangle, evenly spaced.
- Line up players on the start line. Have one defender line up on each line, facing the start line.
- To start, the player on the start line slaps the ball and runs toward the first defender. A second player is close behind for support. Once contact is made, the first player must offload the ball either before the tackle is completed or on the ground after a tackle.
- The second player who received the ball then runs into contact with the second defender.
- The offense then becomes the defense where they were tackled.
