The aim of the game is for those in the coloured square to use their agility and pace to reach the empty zone. Colours can only run on teacher command (ie. "Blue!")
Pupils in the centre are the 'Sharks' - it is their job to tackle the running players; once tackled, you become a shark!
Introduce tackling:
-touch tag only
-tag belts
Recap:
-cheek to cheek
-shoulder contact
-below the waist
-squeeze and hold
-move arms down to ankles
-use runners momentum against them
-hold tackled player down for 3 seconds
