DESCRIPTION

Hit agility

Player must lead into the pad with shoulder and drive with feet whilst going to ground.

Player then releases ball and rolls away and back pedals through agility ladder quickly

Sprint up, break down and hit pad.

When hitting tackle pad, remind players to watch the players belly button, squeeze shoulder blades together, don't stop driving with the legs
