On whistle both players round opposite cone on 5m side, blue carrying ball.
Blue must try to beat red and touch ball on opposite blue cone.
Red must try to touch tackle blue with 2 handed touch.
Blue can use change of pace or direction to beat red.
Once complete, change ball carrier
Blue holds ball in two hands and runs at pace to make as much ground as possible before tackle.
On approaching red, blue should use footwork, change of pace or direction (side step) to beat red defender.
