To make a natural overlap get a pod of fowards to hit the outside of the defence fowads drawing in there backs. 9 will give a quick ball to 10 and the backs would simply pass the ball through the hands.
Most fowards dont realize when a ruck is formed they jam in all the time wating for the oppostion to run straight at them. Doing this play and giving a quick ball will send the opposition into a panic expossing there defance.
