Set up ring of defenders. Two players in the centre working in pairs.
Player one takes ball into contact, outer players to provide resistance, player two secures ball and then immediately turns and heads towards another player. Player one follows and repeats the process.
Pairs to work within a time period (see how many they can complete against the clock) or until all defenders have received contact.
