Split the team into 2 even teams.
One team will be the Red team and the other team will be the Blue Team. (Doesn't matter what colour they are as long they can be determined being in a team)
The Blue team will Stand on the corner of the tryline and side-line meet up, and they the read team will stand on the same place but on the other side of the Blues.
The aim is that the red team has to try and catch the blue team before they score a try. The blue player will run with the ball in two hands to try and score a try.
After each player completeing it twice they two team will swap around, therefore the blue team is chasing the red team.
The players have 30sec to complte this and will have 1-2min rest time beofer repating it.
This will be complted 4 times.
