DESCRIPTION

The Player Starts on the Try Line On their Stomach

Then the player will sprint to maker number 1 (Which is alocated on the 5meter line), Then the player will side shuffle from maker 1 to marker 2, Then Sprint from maker 2 to marker 3,From maker 3 the player has to run backwards to marker 1, Then the player sprints from marker 1 to maker 4 then he will sprint back to the try line passing marker 2.
