Divide players into 4 teams.
Create 3 defense zones. (Larger zones if there are a lot of players, smaller zones if there are few.)
Offense trys to travel through all three zones and score at the final try line.
Defenders must start on the back line of their respective zone. Once offense crosses into their zone, defenders work together to come up flat to stop the offense.
Defenders can only defend inside their own zone.
Offense is safe to realign in the areas between defense zones.
Once the offense scores, the blue defenders become the next offense, the yellow move to blue, the red move to yellow and the scoring team defends in red.
Can be played as touch, track and drive, or tackle.
Encourage recycling on offense and defense.
Can make rules to encourage specific skills. i.e: Must make 3 passes per grid. or Must power step in blue, must ruck in yellow, and must maul in red.
